Operating in the heart of the Legal Precinct, PH & Associates Law Firm is a private law firm which specialises primarily in commercial & corporate law, commercial & civil litigation, family law and property law matters. The Principal of our firm, Paul Hakim, established PH & Associates Law Firm following his departure from another boutique law firm practicing as a generalist lawyer. Prior to that, Paul specialised in commercial law and litigation matters at a mid-tier national law firm.

A dedicated and highly motivated lawyer, Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Diploma in Banking and Finance before going on to complete a Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law. Paul is admitted to practice as an Australian Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria and now operates PH & Associates Law Firm in the heart of the Legal Precinct.

Paul serves a broad range of clients including Corporations, Film and Television, Associations, Clubs & Associations, Private Schools, Property Developers, Construction Companies, and Brands.   • Advised in complex multi-party proceedings and successful both in the Supreme Court of NSW and NSW Court of Appeal with costs awarded. The matter involved a dispute against an Incorporated Association and claims arising out of breach of Constitution and removal of its members.

  • Acted and advised in contractual disputes in County Court claims.
